Abstract
PURPOSE:To attain earlier discovery and rescue by arranging and managing simple a radio station in a way so that the transmission/reception with decentralized movable slave stations in a limited district are not disabled geographically, thereby acquiring location of an accident or a disaster of a slave station within a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:A radio station 6 receives information from a master station 1 and sends it to a slave station 8. Moreover, an emergent signal from the slave station 8 is received by a receiver 11 with an emergency signal sender of the slave station 8 and sends it to the master station 1. The master station 1 displays the position of the radio station 6 detected by an emergency signal detection location discriminating device 4 onto a display panel 5. The location of the slave station in such a case is within a radius Nm of the radio station receiving an emergency signal. The transmission/reception enable range covers the limited district and many radio stations to be managed send the various information from the master station to decentralized and moving slave stations, and each radio station receives the emergency signal of each slave station sent from the receiving range and sends it to the master station.
