Besides, the floor nozzle 6 and the dust collection part 2 at the main body 4 of cleaner are made to communicate with each other, and a dust collection hose 7 is attached for freely attaching/detaching the side of the floor nozzle 6. That rotary brush 5 is composed of a main brush 10 and an auxiliary brush 11, which freely appears/disappears at the outside part of the floor nozzle 6, and linked to a nozzle state detection body 17 for detecting the lateral inclination of the floor nozzle 6. As a result, even when the floor nozzle is inclined from side to side, there is no press-contact of the auxiliary brush with a surface to be cleaned.
