Abstract

PURPOSE:To determine the size of the affected part at a glance, by catching the moment of the affected part moving on a monitor television to project said affected part and also projecting the actual dimension thereof at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The image in the vicinity of the affected part is caught as an electric signal by an image sensing element and inputted to a processor part 20 through a terminal 21. This image signal is recorded on a frame memory part 23 through an image amplifier 22. An image of a still mode is temporarily recorded on a filing unit 27. When the actual dimension of the affected part is desired to be outputted as a hard copy when the affected part is projected on a monitor television 31, the picture of the monitor television is traced by a light pen 33 and the tracing distance and area are operated by a measuring instrument 29 and the measured results are printed out from a hard copy unit 32 to be outputted.
