Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable measuring operation as a piezoelectric displacement sensor and to measure even bending strain by extracting a signal by utilizing the phenomenon that an electrode plate in folded structure varies in electric signal with strain. CONSTITUTION:Two substrates 2 and 3 are stuck and silver plating layers 4-6 are formed on the sticking part of both substrates 2 and 3 and the external surfaces of the substrates 2 and 3. Those layers 4-6 are all in folded structure. Many slits 12 are formed zigzag in the silver plating layers 4-6 so as to obtain the folded structure. Lead wires 7 and 8 are provided to one end and the other end part of the electrode plate 5 and lead wires 9 and 10 are also provided to an electrode plate 6 similarly. Dynamic displacement is found from the potential difference generated between terminals T and U and a static bending ratio is found from variations in resistance value between terminals P and Q, and terminals R and S.
