CONSTITUTION:The titled heat-resistant steel in which the structure of its heat- affected zone contains a ferrite phase as welded or after welding and heat treatment can be obtd. by using the alloy contg. 0.03-0.12% C, <=1% Si, 0.2-1% Mn, <=0.8% Ni, 0.5-5% Cr, 0.5-1.5% Mo, 0.05-0.35% V, 0.01-0.12% Nb, 0.01-0.05% N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.
