PURPOSE:To measure air bubbles with high reliability by providing a thin pipe which has an air bubble read part to a reverse funnel type gathering container which is provided in a housing with an atmospheric pressure chamber where pressurized fluid is admitted and gathers air bubbles contained in the pressurized fluid, and providing an opening/closing cock to the thin pipe. CONSTITUTION:When the pressurized fluid flows in piping 13 from a fluid intake 21, it flows in the atmospheric pressure chamber 12 through a manometer 19 and a flow rate control valve 20. At this time, air bubbles are produced in the pressurized fluid in the atmospheric chamber 12 and gathered in the gathering container 14. Here, the pressure of the pressurized fluid is confirmed by the manometer 19 and the flow rate is controlled by the flow rate control valve 20. For the purpose, the cock 17 is opened to make the air bubbles in the gathering container 14 rise in the thin pipe 15, so the quantity of the air bubbles can be measured by an air bubble read part 16 in consideration of the measurement time and the flow rate of the pressurized fluid.
