Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase surface roughness so that excellent scratching resistance is obtd. by providing a film which consists of the cured matter of an org. polysiloxane compsn. or polyacrylate compsn. and is specified in surface roughness on the rugged surface of a transparent plastic base material. CONSTITUTION:The film consisting of the cured matter of the org. polysiloxane compsn. or polyacrylate compsn. is provided on the transparent plastic base material formed with grid-like fine rugged shapes on the surface and the surface roughness thereof is specified to 0.5-10mum center line average height. The plastic base material is exemplified by polymethacrylate, polycarbonate, etc. The surface hardness is thereby increased and the excellent scratching resistance is obtd.
