Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a toaster which is small in heating unevenness and high in heating efficiency and easy to clean and solid with simple constitution by providing an upper electric heater and a lower electric heater each in the required constitution and installing a placing table at the specified distance from the lower electric heater.
CONSTITUTION: At the upper part inside a heating chamber 1 is provided an upper electric heater of pipe-shaped quartz tube heater 2 having a heat-resistant pipe 2a, a coil heater 2b and at the outside of the plane bottom of the chamber 1 is provided a lower electric heater of face-shaped heater 6. And a food placing table 4 of metal plate provided with many holes through which high frequency passes is provided on a wire net or a plane face at a distance of a quarter or less of the high frequency wave length from the bottom face of the heating chamber and the electric field on the table 4 becomes uniform. On the other hand, a loaf of bread 3 on the table 4 receives uniform thermal radiation from above and below by heaters 2, 6. Accordingly, it becomes a toaster range which is small in heating uneveness and high in heating efficiency and easy to clean thanks to plane bottom and solid with simple constitution.
