Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a cooling mechanism and miniaturize the whole motor lightening the weight, by attraction-retaining high-heat-conductive magnetic fluid or magnetic powder with a field pole, and by filling up a space between the outer periphery of an armature and the inner periphery of the field pole, with the fluid or the body. CONSTITUTION:A space 21 between an armature 2 and a field pole 3 is filled up with magnetic fluid or magnetic powder 22 which is higher than air in thermal conductivity and is turned more magnetic and is higher than air in permeability. The magnetic fluid or magnetic powder 22 is attracted and attached to the inner peripheral surface section of the permanent magnet (field pole) 3, and a filling state is kept. As a result, heat generated from an armature coil 20 or the like is discharged to an external section from the stator outer- periphery of the field pole 3 or the like by the magnetic filler 22, and so the temperature rise of the armature 2 can be suppressed to be lowered. Besides, magnetic reluctance can be reduced, and so motor performance can be extremely improved, and a device can be miniaturized, and output can be enhanced.
