Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of careless swollen part in a lining material, by a method wherein the temperature within a tubular body is raised so as to fall within a specific range of temperature by flowing stream within the tubular body and curing the adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:An end opening part of a tubular body 1 is plugged by fitting terminal metal fitting 2 to the outside of the end opening part of the tubular body 1. Compressed air is fed within an inverting machine 3, a seal hose 6 is wound up within the inverting machine 3 beforehand and an adhesive agent applied to the inside is inserted within the tubular body by inverting the same. With this construction, the seal hose 6 inserted through inversion is stuck to an inner circumferential wall of the tubular body through the adhesive agent 7. Stream is caused to flow into the seal hose 6 under a state where inner pressure is kept at a fixed pressure of 1kg/cm<2>. Heating temperature for curing the adhesive agent 7 is set to fall within a range of 45-70 deg.C. When heating is performed at a temperature of 70 deg.C or higher, reaction between a carbide and oxygen in a corroded part is generated, carbon dioxide gas to be generated through the reaction is expanded and swelling of the seal hose 6 can not be checked. When the heating temperature in made 45 deg.C or lower, the curing of the adhesive agent is not accelerated and prolonged working time is required.
