Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a vibration isolating device which prevents the occurrence of corrosion and has excellent practicability and appearance, by a method wherein upper end lower frames are formed by a composite material formed by using plastic, and an airtight sheet is disposed to the whole peripheries of the two frames. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower frames 1 and 2 are formed by a composite material formed by using engineering plastic, e.g. FRP, and a composite material formed such that the outer periphery of a metallic frame is covered with resin. A mounting groove 4 in which a mounting frame 6 of the airtight sheet 5 is insertedly mounted is formed throughout the whole peripheries of the upper and lower frames 1 and 2. A line of lock projection part 10 and a line of engaging projection part 11 are formed on the tips of the mounting groove 4 and the mounting frame 6, and a gap therebetween is filled with a packing 7. This constitution facilitates mounting and demounting of the airtight sheet 5 and improves airtightness. Further, since a line of rail projection 12 is formed on the whole peripheries of the two frames, a vibration isolating tool 3 is easy to slide along the line of rail projection 12.
