Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 溝部分をもつ円筒形状の被測定物の外周に接触
する接触子１１と、接触子１１を保持するタツチ
レバー２と、タツチレバー２を介して前記被測定
物の外径振れを測定して出力する検出器３と、検
出器３の出力を入力とし、外径振れの最大値、最
小値を演算して出力する演算器４とを備え、前記
被測定物をセンタ５で保持して回転し、前記被測
定物の外径の振れを測定する装置において、 接触子１１は、前記被測定物と接触する部分が
湾曲形状であり、 前記被測定物の、溝部分の有無に関係なく外径
の振れの最大値、最小値が測定できることを特徴
とする外径振れ測定装置の接触機構。
