Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to feed fine particles without uneven heaping by comprising a cup provided with a penetrated hole and a plug fitted at the taper of said hole. CONSTITUTION:The upper inner face of a cup 10 is cylindrically open but the lower part thereof is conically contracted with an opening 19 for discharge of fine particles 17. A plug 11 is conical at the upper part and also conical at the lower part 23 with the same inclination as the cup 10. The plug 11 is fitted to the cup 10 at the lower part 23 due to the own weight of both the plug 11 and the particles 17 to prevent them from flowing out. A hopper 18 receives the particles 17 by means of a robot arm 13 with the cup 10 fitted with the plug 11 and is shifted above a metal mold and further goes down to the part 12a, 18a shown by the dash line. And at the same time, the plug 11 is pushed up at a recess 21 thereof by the point 22 of a center pin 16. Hence, there is formed a gap between the cup 10 and the lower part 23 of the plug 11 for the particles to uniformly fall.
