Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent selection of an improper control value by providing an inference control value determining means and a final control value determining means and setting the final control value while always taking all combinational conditions into consideration. CONSTITUTION:A controller for on-board device is used in a slip controller, and the torque given to driving wheels 2 and 3 in the slip control is adjusted by adjusting the torque generated by an engine 6 and the damping force due to brakes 21-24. Wheels 2-5 of an automobile 1 are provided with brakes 21-24, and a brake pad is pressed to a disk 25 to generate the damping force. A control unit U is provided with a throttle UT and a slip control US besides brake control unit UB. With respect to control, plural zones are preliminarily set for each of plural input signals, and a fundamental control value is stored for each combination of them. A degree of compatibility is obtained to obtain the final control value in accordance with degrees of compatibility, etc.
