Abstract
PURPOSE:To transmit data without fail even when the distance between a main body and a data carrier is made longer, by transmitting a binary signal determined by the combination between special positive and negative pulses with a pulse transmitting circuit. CONSTITUTION:The binary signal determined by the combination between the prescribed positive and negative pulses with a pulse transmitting circuit 22 is sent out from a transmitting coil L1. In a data carrier 2, a built-in clock separating circuit separates a clock from the pulse signal and a demodulating circuit demodulates the binary signal. Further, the data necessary for a nonvolatile memory are written, read, and the resonance frequencies of a resonance circuit are changed. By changing the resonance frequencies of the resonance circuit, the frequencies of an attenuation signal received by a receiving circuit 23 change according to the resonance frequencies. Consequently, the signal can be transmitted without fail to the data carrier 2 which is located at a long and far signal transmitting distance.
