Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase an acoustic output by alternately arranging >=3 fixed electrodes and >=2 variable electrodes, and arranging the adjoining fixed electrodes and variable electrodes side by side providing with respective intervals. CONSTITUTION:The converter consists of three fixed electrodes 1 and two variable electrodes 3, the electrodes 3 are arranged side by side with intervals on both the sides of the electrodes 1, and the electrodes 1 are arranged side by side with the intervals on the external sides of the electrodes 3. The electrodes 1 and the electrodes 3 are connected with a bias power supply 4, a resistor 5 and a signal power supply. In such a constitution, a static electricity power in an acoustic radiation surface increases in proportion to the number of the electrodes 3 and the electrodes 1, and consequently, without increasing the acoustic radiation surface, the acoustic output can be increased.
