CONSTITUTION:A job management table generating part 4 divides jobs in the system into groups and generates the table indicating job codes given as attributes and job names and stores this table in a job management table storage part 1. A multiple management table generating part 5 generates cross references among jobs to generate the multiple management table indicating multiplex conditions among job codes and stores this table in a multiple management table storage part 2. When a new job is supplied, a diagnostic processing part 3 uses said job management table and multiple management table to discriminate whether the job can be started or not, and the job code is stored in the management table.
