Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a material having a thickness, flexibility and sufficient heat resistance, by forming a silicone or fluorine type resin membrane to a base material composed of a resin of the first resin group and baking the same at proper temp. in such a state that said membrane is kept flat. CONSTITUTION:A coating layer 200 is formed by forming a membrane composed of a silicone or fluorine type resin to a base material composed of a resin of the first resin group or applying an aqueous or alcohol solution of a silicone or fluorine type resin to a base material composed of a resin of the second resin group to form a membrane and baking the membrane at 150-300 deg.C. When baking temp. is too high, bleeding from the base material 100 or the lowering of the physical properties thereof are generated. The base material 100 delivered from a delivery machine 1 passes through a dipping coater 2 and, during this time, the membrane of the coating liquid or coating resin is formed to the single surface or both surfaces thereof. Thereafter, the coated base material is dried and passed through a baking oven 4 in such a state that the membrane is kept flat and the membrane is baked at predetermined temp. to form the coating layer 200.
