Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize high-accuracy measurement and improve handling performance with simple constitution by providing a light receiving plate which has a sunshine absorbing surface as its one surface and a heater and a thermocouple united integrally on the other surface and a disk having opposite thermocouples on the other surface of the light receiving plate. CONSTITUTION:When the quantity of irradiation heat is measured, the calorimeter is fitted to a satellite main body, etc., according to a use state and a current is supplied to the heater 13 by a specific quantity to heat the light receiving plate 12. Its heat is conducted to a disk 15 through a support 11, a heat shield system 16, and a multilayered heat insulator 17. At this time, the thermocouples 14 and 18 of the light receiving plate 12 and disk 15 are measured to find their temperatures and a heat leak quantity is calculated from the measured values. The heat leak quantity is detected at respective heating temperatures to obtain a calibration curve indicating the relation with the quantity of irradiation heat in the use state. The temperatures of the light receiving plate 12 and disk 15 are measured by the thermocouples 14 and 18 in, for example, a heat vacuum test of the satellite main body according to the curve to find the quantity of irradiation heat.
