Abstract

The gauge base 3 and the gauge cover 4 are constituted in a closely sealed or non-closely sealed state by an environmental atmosphere (corrosive environment). By this method, the lowering of insulating resistance by the environmental atmosphere is protected beforehand and the adverse effect on a fluid can be also reduced. Further, a strain gauge capable of being protected even from electrical noise can be obtained.
