Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect of a mixed-in component on a measured value, by measuring analysis values x1 and x2 at flow rates F1 and F2 of a sample flowing through a sample valve to determine an analysis value x0 when the flow rate is infinite. CONSTITUTION:Based on a flow rate setting signal from an arithmetic processing section 8, a flow control valve 3 is adjusted with a flow rate setter 9 to set a sample flow rate for F1. Under such a condition, with the switching of a sample valve 2, a fixed amount of a sample in a weighing tube 2a is applied to a separation column 5 to detect a specified component with a detector 6. A detection signal is passed through an integrator 7 to be stored into the arithmetic processing section 8 as analysis value x1. Then, a sample flow rate is set for F2 to obtain an analysis value x2. An analysis value x2 is obtained the formula of x0=(F1.x1-F2.x2)/(F1-F2) when the sample flow rate F is infinite. This enables accurate measurement of the density of a specified component in the sample without being affected by a component mixed into the sample from the atmospheric air.
