Abstract
PURPOSE:To omit a process and to reduce a manufacturing cost, by superposing a surface acoustic wave resonator on a print coil so that a terminal electrode on one side on a piezoelectric substrate can be set on an upper side and positioned in the neighborhood of the central terminal of the printed coil, and jointing the central terminal of the printed coil with its terminal electrode by a conductive joint member. CONSTITUTION:The surface acoustic wave resonator 16 is constituted in such a way that an interdigital electrode transducer 162 is formed in the center part of the surface of the piezoelectric substrate 161, and the reflectors 163 and 164 of a grid-shaped electrode at the right and left sides, and furthermore, two terminal electrodes 165 and 166 connected to the transducer 162 at the side part, respectively. The surface acoustic wave resonator 16 is superposed on the printed coil 18 formed spirally on a circuit substrate on which the circuit of a surface acoustic wave oscillator is loaded so that the electrode of the piezoelectric substrate 161 can be set on the upper side and also the terminal electrode 166 can be positioned at the outside of the printed coil 18, and conductive coupling between the central point 181 of the printed coil 18 and the terminal electrode 165 on one side of the surface acoustic wave resonator 16 is performad directly by the conductive joint member.
