Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the marking of the tread print of a tire on a traveling road surface by superposing a tread band which is formed through the vulcanization molding of a specific rubber compound onto a casing through a cushion rubber and preparing a no-making tire. CONSTITUTION:A specific tread band 1 is superposed onto a casing 2 which is previously vulcanization-molded through a cushion rubber 3, and a no-making tire is constituted. In this case, the tread band 1 is prepared through the vulcanization-molding of the rubber compound containing 10wt. parts of the noncontaminated rubber which is selected among natural rubber and synthetic rubber, 30-70wt. parts of silica, common noncontaminated rubber compounding agents, 0-1wt. part of carbon black, and coloring agent. Therefore, even if a vehicle such as forklift which has the no-marking tires is brake-applied or turns with a small radius, the marking of the tread print of the tire onto the floor surface of a house such as foodstuff factory can be prevented.
