Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture superconductive molding of oxide type with excellent superconductivity effectively by introducing the material into a reaction trough upon fluidizing, heating the fluid and causing reaction under control, and educing the obtained product on a base. CONSTITUTION:A material 1 and a transport substance 2 as medium for transporting the material are prepared with a flow meter 3 and fluidizied at a material supply tower 4. It is introduced in a reaction trough 6 quickly by a fluid injection gun 5, when the amount of introduction will be controlled by a fluid injection control device 7. The material in fluid introduced in the trough 6 is heated by a heat source in it and makes reaction, and is educed on a base 9 heated by a base heater 8. The reaction condition of the fluidizied material is analyzed by a spectral analyzer 10 simultaneously, and in linkage therewith the chemical composition and structure of the product are controlled at the boundary layer region, i.e. within the flow 11 of fluid. This allows effec tive manufacture of superconductive molding of oxide type excellent in superconductive characteristics.
