Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a transmission control function by comprising the titled sheet or film with a light transmission control layer which selectively scatters only the incident light within a prescribed angle range and allows the transmission of the incident light of the other angles and a heat ray reflecting layer which has a see-through characteristic and heat ray reflecting characteristic. CONSTITUTION:The light transmission control layer 1 is produced by applying a mixture essentially composed of polytetramethylene, a compd. such as for example, benzophenone or benzyl, and a photopolymn. initiator on a substrate or sealing the same into a cell, then curing the coating by irradiation with a line irradiation light source. The heat ray reflecting layer 2 is formed by forming a thin film having light transmittability and the heat ray reflecting characteristic on the surface of a light control film or sheet which is the above- mentioned light transmission control layer 1 or forming the thin film having the light transmittability and the heat ray reflecting characteristic on the other transmittable film or sheet and laminating the above-mentioned light control film or sheet 2 thereon.
