CONSTITUTION:If a ground contact unit 12 is pushed up by fine unevennesses of a plow sole, an oil damper 32 in an interlocking mechanism 22 imparts pushing up resistance thereof to slowly actuate the ground contact unit 12 and prevent rapid changeover of a control valve 19. Hunting of a working machine by excessively changing over the valve 19 is suppressed to carry out smooth elevation control.
