Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a low specific resistance value as well as to make it possible to use the title electrolyte at a low temperature by a method wherein the mixed solution of gamma-butyrolactone and acetonitrile is used as a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A mixed solvent consisting of gamma-butyrolactone and acetonitrile is used as a solvent, one or more kinds selected from monocarboxylate of tetraalkylammonium or dicerboxylate is added to said mixed solvent as a solute. Also, monocarboxylic acid of tetraalkylammonium or dicarboxylate of 10-50wt.% for the total quantity of electrolyte is added to the mixed solvent of gamma-butyrolactone and acetonitrile. As a result, the lowering of specific resistance and the expansion of the temperature range, especially the expansion of the working region to the low temperature region can be contrived.
