Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent generation of effloresecence by improving decoration effect, by a method wherein cloth permeable to resin, to which a colored pattern has been applied, is stuck to the inside of a cylindrical concrete shuttering where a reinforcing shaft has been arranged, on the inside of which resin concrete is injected and centrifugal molding is performed. CONSTITUTION:Cloth 2 to which colored patterns 2a, 2a... have been applied is stuck to the inside of a concrete shuttering 1, resin concrete 3 is injected within the cloth 2 and a resin concrete pillar body 4 is manufactured through centrifugal molding. At the time of the centrifugal molding of the resin concrete 3, a coating 5 is formed of resin content of a matrix material of the resin concrete 3 on the surface of the cloth 2 by permeating through the cloth 2. As they are joined together integrally along with reinforcing shafts 6, 6..., strength also is increased and efflorescence can be prevented further. Especially the various colored patterns 2a, 2a... can be applied to the cloth 2 and the colored patterns 2a, 2a... are protection by the resin coating 5 on the surface and confirmed clearly and visually by seeing through the resin coating 5, decoration effect of the resin concrete pillar body 4 becomes great.
