Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable depressurization and suction of molten resin in proper quantities and corresponding to molding conditions, by a method wherein a depressurization and suction mechanism of the molten resin capable of controlling a quantity of the suction is provided at a desired position where the same is communicated with a sprue. CONSTITUTION:When desired molten resin is injected through a nozzle attachment 9 an injection mechanism A, the molten resin is cast within a cavity 3 from a gate 4 by passing through a sprue 8. Although mold breaking operation is performed by moving a movable mold 1 after cooling and solidification, a depressurization and suction mechanism 10 of the molten resin is worked by interlocking with the breaking operation. In other words, when a piston 20 is shifted to a suction side by letting out or in desired gas or a desired liquid through hydraulic pressure gate ways 22, 23, the molten resin within the sprue 8 is sucked effectively through a driven movement of a suction piston rod 12 and sucked up within a guide pipe body 14 by a quantity of suction corresponding to a quantity of stroke of the piston rod 12. The quantity of stroke of the suction piston rod 12 can be set up freely by a controlling annular body 25.
