Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the title device to take timing of a point of time of injection and that of noninjection precisely and compensate thermal effect of a low temperature mold effectively, by a method wherein the device is controlled so as to heat the tip part of a nozzle by applying an electric current to the tip of the nozzle when the tip part of the nozzle comes into contact with an electrode piece of the mold. CONSTITUTION:When the top part 1 of a nozzle comes into contact with an electrode piece 3, an output signal is sent out through a sensor 12 and read into a control device 7. Then an electric current to be supplied through a low voltage power source device 6 heats the tip part 1 of the nozzle by flowing the control device 7 a power supply terminal 4 the tip part 1 of the nozzle the electrode piece 3 the control device 7 a low voltage power source device 6. Then an electric insulation layer 5 is provided to the title device so that the electric current does not flow in the direction of a plasticizing cylinder 9.
