Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase efficiency by assembling to a lowermost guide rail a main car frame having a working table, fixing hydraulic jacks in position by use of a temporary working frame provided at a middle portion, and performing various kinds of operations while moving the car frame vertically by use of the hydraulic jacks. CONSTITUTION: A lowermost guide rail 5a for a car frame is fixed in an upright position and a main car frame 8 having a working table 9 is assembled thereto. A temporary working floor 11 is provided at the middle of an elevator shaft, and hydraulic jacks 12a, 12b are hoisted by a hoisting part 14 installed at the outer periphery of the elevator shaft and are secured to a shaft wall by use of the working tables 9, 11. The main car frame 8 having the working table 9 is moved vertically by the hydraulic jacks 12a, 12b to perform various kinds of mounting operations on the working table 9. An unbalanced load removal device mounted on the working table 9 is controlled to center temporary guide rails in position. Therefore, the operations can be performed safely, easily, and efficiently.
