EXAMPLE:7-[2-(5-Amino-1,2,4-thiadiazole-3-yl)-2-carboxymethoxyiminoace tamide]- 3-(1-methyl-1-pyrrolidinio)methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate( syn isomer). PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II or reactive derivative in the amino group of the above-mentioned compound or salts thereof are reacted with a compound expressed by formula III or reactive derivative in the carboxylic group or salts thereof.
