Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve a higher performance of an exhaust gas boiler and a reduction in cost by a method wherein a high temperature superheater element and a reheater element are arranged alternately at the extreme upstream part of a gas flow and remaining superheater elements, an evaporator and a fuel economizer are arranged sequentially on the downstream side of the gas. CONSTITUTION: At the extreme upstream part of a gas flow of in exhaust gas boiler 1, an element of a high temperature superheater 2 and an element of a reheater 3 are arranged alternately across the width of the exhaust gas boiler 1 and on the downstream side of the gas, respective heat transfer elements of a low temperature superheater 4, a high pressure evaporator 5 and a high pressure fuel economizer 6 are arranged sequentially. Steam flows through a heat exchanger tube composing the secondary superheater 2 to be sent to a high pressure steam turbine via an outlet header 19 of the secondary superheater. The exhaust gas is sent to an inlet header 21 of the reheater through a communication pipe 24 and flows through the heat exchanger tube constituting the reheater 3 to be sent to a medium pressure steam turbine via an outlet header 21 of the reheater.
