Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an easier charging and taking out of sintered pellets, by providing a sintering tray with side plates, spacers and holes for pushers insertion, and a mat plate loosely fitted to the spacers and vertically movable. CONSTITUTION:A sintering tray consists of the tray body 21 and a mat plate 22 as its major portions. And the tray body 21 consists of a bottom plate 23, side plates 24 surrounding the tray 21, and spacers 25. Holes 26 for pushers insertion are bored through the bottom plate 23 for the pusher to push up the mat plate 22, the side plates 24 prevent pellets from turning over and falling from the tray 21 and the spacers 25 support the tray 21 when the trays are stacked multiply. Furthermore, the mat plate 22 is provided with an escape hale 27 and gaps 28 for the spacer 25 for enabling the tray stacking up directly. In this way, the pellets are prevented from turning over and falling from the tray during its transportation and thereby an easier charging and taking out of the pellets can be attained.
