電圧源の出力とを比較する第1の比較部と、前記
基準電圧設定部からの情報を第3のリレーを介し
て与えられるトラブル比較電圧源と、前記電圧検
出部の出力と前記トラブル比較電圧源の出力とを
比較する第2の比較部とを有することを特徴とす
