Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a mixing element by extruding a core part material in a shape of a plate, and simultaneously, extruding a clad layer material along both faces of this plate, and laminating and covering it on both faces of the core part material. CONSTITUTION:Ferrule parts 2, 4 consist of a double structure, and a core part material 6 is extruded in a shape of a plate from an opening of the inside ferrule 2. The opening of the inside ferrule 2 consists of a shape corresponding to a cross section shape of a desired mixing plate. Also, a clad layer material 8 is extruded from a ring-like opening formed between the inside ferrule 2 and the outside ferrule 4. The clad layer material 8 is extruded in the direction as indicated with an arrow R from the ferrule parts 2, 4, and simultaneously, laminated and covered on the surface of the core part material 6, and in a state that a clad layer 12 has been stuck to the core part 10, a long size plate 14 is obtained. In such a way, a mixing plate can be manufactured efficiently.
