Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify and shorten the adjustment operation by operating an optical device part without executing actually a printing operation, at the time of setting a delay time of a shift register, and executing the adjustment of the delay time by monitoring an output of a synchronization detecting means. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a synchronization detecting part 50 being a horizontal synchronization detecting means having a pin diode 53 on which all laser beams 81a-81c are made incident in order to detect an inclined state of a laser light emitting device 80. In this state, at the time of adjustment, the laser light emitting device 80 is driven, all the laser beams 81a-81c are inputted to the pin diode 53 for a prescribed time, and its output characteristic is displayed on a display part. Accordingly, the shift quantity of a shift register can be adjusted by operating only an irradiating device 31 part without executing actually a printing operation, and only monitoring an output signal by the synchronization detecting part 50. In such a way, the adjustment operation can be simplified and the adjustment time can be shortened.
