Abstract

A factor analytic result informing means 13 judges whether the error can be recovered according to the analytic result of the error factor analyzing means 12 or on the cluster side, or can not be recovered. When the error can be recovered on the cluster side, an optimum recovery procedure for the error recovery from the error occurrence state is generated and transmitted to the cluster side in the form of a command sequence.
