PURPOSE:To prevent the freezing or an instrumentation pipeline and an instrumentation equipment safely and easily by connecting a freezing preventing means to the exhaust gas mother pipe of a turbo-compressor, adjusting the exhaust gas to the preset temperature, and heating the fluid in the instrumentation pipe. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust heat having worked in a turbo-compressor 12 is guided to an exhaust gas mother pipe 13. The temperature of the exhaust gas guided from the mother pipe 13 via a stop valve 21 is detected by a liquid expansion type temperature detecting section 17, and it is adjusted to the preset temperature by a temperature adjuster 18. A temperature control valve 20 is controlled to be opened or closed via the control air signal 19, and the exhaust gas adjusted to the preset temperature is collected to a header 14. The exhaust gas in this header 14 is fed to the air tank 23 made of plate metal 2 from a header outlet valve 22 via a guide pipe 16, and the fluid in an instrumentation pipeline 3 is heated.
