Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust arbitrarily the height of a printed board simply in a short period of time by providing a female screw formed on a board supporting plate to the lower surface of which a plurality of slidable shafts are connected and a male screw fixedly mounted on a vertically reciprocating central shaft directly coupled with a driving source. CONSTITUTION:The captioned device includes a plurality of board supporting pins 2 made supportable by abuttment with a printed board 7 on the back thereof, a board supporting plate 1 including the board supporting pins 2 planted thereon and made vertically movable, and a driving source 10 for driving the board suporting plate 1. Additionally, it inlcudes a female screw 6 formed on the board supporting plate 1 and a male screw 5 fixedly mounted on a vertically reciprocating central shaft 4 directly coupled with the driving source 10. The height of the printed board 7 supported on the board supporting pin 2 is made adjustable by relative rotation of the male screw 5 to the female screw 6 formed on the board supporting plate 1. For example, the male screw 5 provided on the central shaft 4 is rotated by a jig 9 to vertically move the board supporting plate 1 with respect to the central shaft 4 for thereby keeping printed boards different in thickness at a predetermined height mounting reference plane 8.
