Abstract

A termination resistance 4 and a stub 5 are connected to an input part 2a of the conductor 2, and the stub 5 constitutes either of the open stub of a 1/4 wavelength or the short stub of a 1/2 wavelength for the higher harmonic of twice as much as the fundamental wave. Thus, the reflection of the higher harmonic is prevented and the characteristic deterioration of the fundamental wave can be prevented.
