Phase variations in digital phase shifters Ph1-PhN are obtained by operation in a beam control processor 3, and the quantization phase error is corrected by a quantization error correcting processor 4, and they are supplied to digital phase shifters Ph1-PhN. Thus, the quantization lobe due to the quantization phase error is reduced to obtain a desired radiation pattern.
