Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the operation efficiency by controlling clock supply by switching of a supply clock to another or the like. CONSTITUTION:The clock switching indication signal from a clock switching part 103 of an information processor 1 is sent to a line 303, and a clock switching validating signal of the processor itself is generated and is supplied to a clock supply device 10 through a line 306. The clock is switched by a clock control part 101. A clock control part 201 invalidates the clock switching indication signal by NOT given through a line 301. In this state, clock cycles of processors 1 and 2 are changed together. Thus, the clock of the clock supply device 10 which is supplied at present is switched to another clock when the information processor 2 receives the clock from the clock supply device 10 to which the processor 2 does not correspond.
