Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the economic merit and the merit of diminishing the receiving installation capacity by supplying a power exceeding a mean power from a discharge device for a power storage equipment to a load and by storing cheap power at night and using the power at peak hours in the day time. CONSTITUTION:An external receiving current signal equipment 9-1 is set at a mean power value and when the equipment does not reach the value, a charging switch 12-1 is closed to operate a charging rectifier 13-1. Then, the difference between an external receiving power value and the mean power value is sent to a charging equipment. When a load power increases and reaches the mean power value, a charging power value is reduced to zero by a signal from a storage and discharge value control signal equipment 11-1. When a load power value is larger than the mean power value, a power exceeding the mean power is sent to a load from a discharge main line 6-1 via a charge and discharge branch main line terminal 4-1.
