Abstract

PURPOSE:To position the magnetic pole teeth of a stator and the same of a movable piece in parallel with a high accuracy, by a method wherein the position of a guide member, guiding the sliding of the movable piece, provided on the plane of the stator, are regulated in directions, parallel and orthogonal to said plane of the stator. CONSTITUTION:A guide member 20 is provided on the plane 14 of a stator 10 through a space spring 21. when a retainer 30 is put on the guide member 20 and a movable piece 40 is mounted, the surfaces of the magnetic pole teeth 42n, 42s are attracted to the magnetic pole members 1a-4a of the stator 10. Four pieces of screws 18 are inserted into holes 17 from the lower sides thereof and a gap G is regulated, thereafter, space springs 21 are retained temporarily to the plane 14 of the stator by flexible adhesive agent. Subsequently, the magnetic pole teeth 42n, 42s are regulated so as to become parallel to the magnetic pole teeth 1t-4t of the magnetic pole members 1a-4a. The regulation is effected by turning the guide member 20 around a pin 16 so that the V-groove 23 of the guide member 20 becomes orthogonal to the magnetic pole teeth 1t-4t.
