Abstract
PURPOSE:To rigidly assemble a holder and ceramics by densely engaging a spacer having a discontinuous shape, and an expansion coefficient larger than that of the holder between the holder and the ceramics. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 3 having thermal expansion coefficient larger than that of a holder 1 is provided between a metal holder 1 and a ceramic body 2. When it arrives at a high temperature, the spacer 3 largely expands to become thick, its outer peripheral surface is rigidly assembled with the inner peripheral surface of the holder 1, and the inner peripheral surface is rigidly associated with the outer peripheral surface of the body 2. Since the spacer 3 is formed in the discontinuous shape with a gap 6, it extends circumferentially due to its expansion, and its operation rigidly assembles the holder 1 and the body 2.
