Spinning Methods And Devices For Manufacturing Artificial Fibers
(AREA)
Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain high-quality conjugate yarn with no fiber splitting when twisted, by penetrating a spinning stock solution through the filter and metal- sintered form fitted between a specific upper plate and spinneret followed by delivery through nozzles. CONSTITUTION:First, two kinds of spinning solution A and B are introduced, via a pair of respective passing holes 2 and 3 on the upper plate 4, into filters or metal-sintered forms 9 and 9', respectively, being penetrated therethrough while mixing, followed by introduction into a hole 5 for stock solution. Thence, these spinning solutions A and B are delivered through nozzles 7, thus obtaining high-quality conjugate yarn free from variation in the sectional form when subjected to drawing.
