Abstract

Each pair of upper and lower pairs of wheels 3 is made to freely rotatably support a lever wheel 2 and each lever wheel 2 is made to come into free rotation contact with the inner surface of the cylinder 1. A boss 10 fitted on the center shaft 12 is made to support the central part of an arm plate 4. Wheels 3' bearing-supported on both ends of the arm plate 4 are made to come into free rotation contact with the inner surface of the lever wheel 2. This makes it possible to generate a large torque on the boss 10 by rotating the boss 16.
