Abstract

PURPOSE:To digitally detect a TV voice multiplex signal with a simple constitution by delaying a main voice signal for a time prescribed with consideration to the processing time of the digital FM detection of a subvoice signal, then matrix-synthesizing it with the subvoice signal. CONSTITUTION:A composite signal including a main voice signal and a subcarrier wave is inputted to a terminal 1. After being converted 2 to digital data, said signal is inputted to a BPF 3. The BPF 3 separates subcarrier wave component from the inputted data. The subcarrier wave thus separated by the BPF 3 is subjected to a detection circuit 4 and inputted to an FM detection circuit 5. The circuit 5, FM-detects this subcarrier wave digitally by its delay circuit 51 and exclusive OR circuit 52, and outputs a digitized subvoice signal. This subvoice signal is subjected to a level control circuit 6 and inputted to a matrix synthesizing circuit 8. In the mean time, a main voice signal is delayed in a delay circuit 7 by a time equal to the length of time necessary for the processings at the BPF 3, and the circuits 4, 5, 6, thereafter, inputted to the circuit 8 and synthesized with a subvoice signal.
