Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce deterioration due to a moire component in picture quality by displacing the group delay quantity of an FM carrier frequency and an FM sideband wave larger than that in an ordinary state, and applying distortion. CONSTITUTION:A reproducing FM signal (a) inputted to a terminal 1 is limited by a limiter circuit 2, and an AM fluctuation component is removed from it, then, an upper sideband wave is restored, and it becomes a signal (b), and the signal (b), whose band area being limited to 2fc by a low-pass filler LPF3, becomes a signal (c). The signal is inputted to a phase displacement circuit 4 without FM-demodulating immediately by a demodulator 5, and after displacement is applied on a carrier frequency fc, the phase relation of a lower sideband wave and the upper sideband wave, or group delay relation, it is FM- demodulated by the count type demodulator 5, and is inputted to a terminal 6. In such a way, it is possible to attenuate the moire component remarkably.
